Effective administration in academic departments involves proficient management and coordination of various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of educational units while aligning departmental goals with the overall mission and vision of the institution. Key elements include: resource management, curriculum planning and implementation, quality assurance of teaching and learning, conflict resolution and strategic planning.

By effectively managing these aspects, administrators contribute to the overall success and excellence of academic departments within FUNAAB.
