The Ajayi Crowther University (ACU), Oyo, Oyo State, has appointed Dr. Abosede Ajiboye of the Nimbe Adedipe Library (NAL), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), as its new University Librarian.
With over 16 years of experience in Librarianship, Dr. Ajiboye brings a wealth of expertise both in practice and academia to her new role.
She has made significant contributions to the field, having authored numerous publications in reputable journals.
Previously serving as the Head, Serials Department at Nimbe Adedipe Library and slated to lead the proposed Library and Information Science Department at FUNAAB, Dr. Ajiboye has demonstrated leadership and innovation in her career.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Ajiboye is actively involved in professional associations, currently holding the position of Vice-Chairman, Ogun State Chapter of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA).
