Registrar, Dr. Bola Adekola

In a bid to curtail the emergence of the second wave of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the University Management has embarked on the second round of fumigation of the campus, which commenced on December 18, 2020. According to the Registrar, Dr. ‘Bola Adekola, the exercise kicked-off from the Senate Building while the schedule for other Units/Departments/Colleges and Directorates would be communicated by the Environmental Management Unit.

All heads of units are directed to appoint relevant staff, who are to ensure that offices are opened for the exercise, while staff are being reminded of the need to continue to adhere strictly to all the non-pharmaceutical safety measures on COVID-19, as laid down by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), which include regular washing of hands, use of face masks and social distancing, among others.
