In a bid to make food affordable for all, the Assetrise Smart Agropreneurship Project, in partnership with the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), is organising a summit themed “Commercialising Agriculture For Food and Income.” The event aims to empower over 1,000 students to become smart agropreneurs across the country.
Scheduled to take place on September 6, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. on FUNAAB campus, the summit promises to be an exciting gathering of industry experts and thought leaders.
Expected participants include Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFR), Assetrise Managing Director, Mr. Rotimi Ojamamoye, and other distinguished guests.
The Vice-Chancellor of FUNAAB, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, would be the Chief Host of the event.
The summit is poised to be a groundbreaking opportunity for students and young agropreneurs to learn, network, and be inspired to make a meaningful impact in the agricultural sector.
