Members of the ASUU-UNAAB Multipurpose Cooperative Society turned out in large numbers to participate in the 2025 general elections of the Society’s Executive Council, exercising their constitutional rights in an atmosphere of orderliness and transparency.
With the conclusion of the elections, the following individuals have been duly elected to steer the affairs of the Society:
- President – Prof. Regina Ugbaja
- Vice-President – Dr. Matthew Wheto
- Treasurer – Prof. Mojiosola Adegunwa
- Secretary – Dr. Adeniyi Egbetade
- Financial Secretary – Dr. Samuel Owoeye
The Election Committee, led by Prof. Oluwakemi Irekhore, expressed gratitude to the Society’s outgoing Executives, members, and all stakeholders for their cooperation and support, which ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the elections.
Other members of the Electoral Committee included Dr. Ajibola Soyinka and Dr. Peter Omotainse.
