  Candidate should possess Ph.D inGeography/Meteorology with specialization in Climatology /Meteorology/Agroclimatology/Agrometeorology/Hydrometeorology. He/She must have at least three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience in a higher institution and must have sufficient and relevant publications in reputable journals and referred conference proceedings.

  Candidate should possess Ph.D in any of the following areas of specialization:
  Analytical Chemistry; Environmental Chemistry; Environmental Science; Environmental Management; Urban and Regional Planning; Geography; Ecology and Land Conservation; Environmental Health; and Safety.
  He/She must have at least a minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience in a higher Institution and ten (10) publications in reputable journals.
