The Veterinary Council of Nigeria has donated equipment worth over N7 Million to the College of Veterinary Medicine (COLVET), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).
A release dated December 20, 2012 and signed by the Dean, COLVET, Professor (Mrs.) Morenike Dipeolu informed that the equipment donated are: Ken Cages, Surgical Kit, Tail docker, Othopaedic Set, Large animal burdizzo, among others.
It added that the equipment have been distributed to the appropriate Departments and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
