The Registrar advised members of staff to adhere strictly to the safety protocols as announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and other agencies managing the pandemic in the country. He equally enjoined staff to stop receiving unofficial visitors during office hours while those who are not to be at work, based on the rosters drawn by the Heads of units, should stay off the campus during the days they are off duty. As a measure of reducing physical contacts on campus, Dr. Adekola reiterated that most of the administrative activities in the University had been migrated online.
