The Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) continues to provide essential travel and visa-related services to members of the University Community. Staff and students can consult the Directorate for assistance with flight ticket booking and issuance (both local and international), visa facilitation, and embassy appointment scheduling.

In addition, the DPR is reintroducing airport reception arrangements for international guests, processing resident permits for foreign students and staff, and coordinating accommodation reservations for University visitors. The Directorate also offers support in obtaining essential travel documents, including international/official passports and yellow fever cards.
