As part of his oversight function, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Development, Prof. Kola Adebayo, visited the FUNAAB Zoo Park on July 24, 2024, to pledge full support on behalf of the University Management.

During the visit, Prof. Adebayo emphasised the importance of collaborative efforts, encouraging the entire staff members of the Zoo to unite under the leadership of Prof. Sam-Wobo to drive the transformation and development of FUNAAB Zoo Park.

Appreciating the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Development, for the visit, Prof. Sam-Wobo stated that the visit and the inspiring message were morale boosters, adding that together, they would strive for excellence and create a thriving, world-class zoo environment.

Meanwhile, the visit marked a new era of growth and innovation for the FUNAAB Zoo Park. His words of encouragement and the University’s commitment to the Zoo Park’s vision were deeply appreciated.
