As-Salaamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

On behalf of the Governing Council, Management, staff, and students of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), I extend warmest greetings and heartfelt felicitations to our esteemed Muslim Ummah on the joyous occasion of Eid El-Kabir.

This sacred festival reminds us of the virtues of faith, sacrifice, obedience, and compassion, exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS), and as our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has taught us.

It is a time to reflect on our responsibilities to one another and to our Creator, embracing the values that promote peace, unity, and progress in our Community and nation at large.

As you mark this solemn celebration with prayers, sacrifice, thanksgiving, and the spirit of giving, I urge you to remember the less privileged and to uphold the values of moderation and gratitude. Let us continue to live in harmony, fostering an atmosphere of tolerance and mutual respect in our University and beyond.

May Almighty Allah accept our prayers and sacrifices, bless our homes with joy, and grant us peace, prosperity, and good health.

Eid Mubarak!
