The Alumni Association of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta is very much aware that there are students who are financially challenge and need support for them to perform their primary duty within the University. The University alumni body made a request to know the number of indigent students, the following names were submitted an were given food stuff support along side other support to enhance their academic performance.
There are students who are willing and able to learn but are challenged physically and financially. It is important to note that the University put into consideration and include in her scheme the welfare of these students. i.e. seamless access to facilities and ease of movement among others.
Here underlisted is the list of physically challenged students.
• USA Branch Tuition Fee Intervention For Indigent Students: 104 students benefited from ₦4,586,400:00)
• Dr. Abdulfatah Durojaiye Kind Heart Foundation Scholarship: 26 students benefited from a total of ₦1,056,150:00
• Bishop And Rev. Dr. Mrs. Felix Owolabi Scholarship For 50 Indigent Students (₦2,239,600:00)
