The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has recorded another significant milestone in its quest for academic excellence following the approval of the promotion of 24 Academic Staff members, comprising 13 Professors, 10 Readers and 1 Principal Research Fellow by the University’s Governing Council.
The promotions were approved at the 116th Statutory Meeting of the Governing Council held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, following the consideration of recommendations submitted by the Appointments and Promotions Committee for Academic Staff (APCAS).
Meanwhile, the Letters of Promotion are ready to be picked up at the Registrar’s Office.
