The FUNAAB (Odeda) Farmers’ Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited is set to showcase its 2026 harvests at its Produce Day Programme scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
The event, which would commence at 11:00 a.m., would take place at the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) Secretariat, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB).
A memo signed by the President of the Society, Mr. Isaiah Ayorinde, the programme would feature the presentation and sale of the Society’s arable farm produce for the 2026 production year to members and the general public.
Mr. Ayorinde said the Produce Day was established to provide an opportunity for the Society to showcase the outcome of its agricultural activities, while making its farm produce available to consumers.
He noted that the event would be particularly significant as it represents the Society’s first formal presentation of its farm produce to members and the general public since its registration in May 2025.
The President therefore called on members of the University Community and the general public to participate in the programme and support the Society’s agricultural enterprise.
