The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has thumbed up for the University describing her Post-UTME Screening as peaceful.
Suffice to inform that JAMB was on ground and it effectively monitored the conduct of the exercise.

Speaking with newsmen after monitoring the exercise, the representative of JAMB, Mrs. Kafayat Ibiwoye described the exercise as peaceful.
According to her, “The conduct of the examination has been very peaceful, the whole environment is peaceful”.

Mrs. Ibiwoye commended the University Management for the strategic structures put in place for the conduct of the exercise, stating specifically that “there’s even a holding place for candidates to sit”.

Fielding questions on the justification or otherwise for the conduct of Post-UTME by tertiary institutions after JAMB UTME, Mrs. Ibiwoye explained that, “JAMB and tertiary institutions work hand-in-hand to give the society the best. Therefore it is not out of place for institutions to have input.
