In a bid to inspire and guide young minds towards fulfilling career paths, the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Staff School held a Career Talk on the medical profession as part of its termly co-curricular activities. The event, which took place on February 19, 2025, featured two distinguished medical professionals from FUNAAB.

The Guest Speakers were the Ag. Director, Directorate of Health Services, Dr. Oluseyi Anjorin and the Head of Unit, National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) at the Directorate of Health Services, Dr. Oludayo Oduwole.
They provided insightful and engaging discussions on the various aspects of the medical profession, sharing their experiences and shedding light on career opportunities in the field.

The pupils displayed enthusiasm and curiosity throughout the session, eagerly asking a series of thought-provoking questions. Dr. Oduwole patiently and expertly addressed their enquiries, ensuring that they fully understood the roles and responsibilities associated with a career in medicine. His responses were met with admiration and appreciation from both the pupils and their teachers.
To wrap up the enlightening session, Dr. Anjorin offered words of encouragement and wisdom, emphasising the importance of diligence, discipline, and passion in pursuing a successful medical career.
