The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), is set to officially flag off the Ojogbon Orchard Park, a community-friendly initiative designed to promote healthy living and environmental appreciation within the University.

In a memo signed by Prof. Adeniyi Afolabi, it was stated that the Orchard Park would be accessible to both students and staff, providing them the unique opportunity to pluck and enjoy fresh fruits free of charge. He noted that the initiative was aimed at fostering a sense of community while enhancing the overall well-being of members of the University.

The flag-off ceremony has been scheduled to hold on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the site adjacent to the Prof. Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
