The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), would on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, hold its 105th Inaugural Lecture, at the Prof. Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building, starting by 2:00 p.m., with guests expected to be seated by 1:30 p.m.

The Lecture, titled “Financing the Cooperatives: Repayment Culture for Sustainable Agricultural Development,” would be delivered by Prof. Dorcas Adetokunbo Adegbite, a renowned scholar in Agricultural Finance and Policy Issues from the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation/ICT Programme, Agricultural Media Resources and Extension Centre (AMREC).

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, would serve as the Chief Host and Chairman of the occasion.

The University Community, stakeholders in the agricultural sector, and the general public are invited to attend the lecture, which promises to address critical issues in cooperative financing and sustainable agriculture.
