A statement made available to FUNAAB Radio 89.5FM by the Secretary-General of ARNU and Registrar of FUNAAB, Dr. ‘Bola Adekola, the event would take place on Thursday, October 14, and Friday, October 15, 2021. The programme, which would be held at the Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building of the University, has been scheduled to begin by 10 am, each day and the theme for this year’s retreat is “Professionalism, Work Ethics and Unionism in Nigerian Universities”.

The Vice-Chancellor of FUNAAB, Prof. Kolawole Salako is Chief Host; the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, is Special Guest of Honour; while Deans, Directors, Deputy Registrars, and Deputy Bursars, among other dignitaries, are expected at the occasion. This event would afford senior university administrators from different universities an opportunity to brainstorm on topical issues bordering on higher education.
