The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde has appointed Prof. Sammy Sam-Wobo of the Department of Pure and Applied Zoology, College of Biosciences (COLBIOS), as the Director, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Zoo Park.
According to a circular issued and signed by the Acting Registrar, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Dawodu, Prof. Sam-Wobo’s appointment was in recognition of his capacity to give academic and administrative leadership to the FUNAAB Zoo Park, as well as make positive contributions to the overall development of the University.
The circular further stated that the appointment was for a period of three years, with effect from June 21, 2024.
