The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) would on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, hold its 103rd Inaugural Lecture at the Prof. Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building. The event is scheduled to commence at 2:00 p.m., with guests expected to be seated by 1:30 p.m.

The Lecture, titled “Biotechnology and Plant Pathology: An Eclectic Approach to Plant Disease Management,” would be delivered by Prof. Akinola Rasheed Popoola, a renowned scholar in Plant Pathology and Biotechnology from the Department of Crop Protection, College of Plant Science and Crop Production (COLPLANT).

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, would serve as the Chief Host.
