The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host its 97th Inaugural Lecture on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Oluwafemi Balogun Ceremonial Building, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

The Lecture, titled “Agriculture and Inclusive Green Growth Strategy in a Distressed Economy: A Giant Leap for Sustainable Development,” would be delivered by Prof. Luke Ojesebhebho Okojie, a distinguished Professor of Agricultural Development and Environmental Economics from the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development (COLAMRUD).

Guests are expected to be seated by 1:30 p.m. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde, would preside over the event as the Chief Host.
