Abstract
The prevailing global order has maximally influenced the rate of migratory behaviour of people in recent times as
so many individuals have been compelled by circumstances to shift bases. For instance, the rate of exodus of the cream of Igbos from their home-front in the last 30 years is excessive. It is a situation where about the weakest 30% of them are at home and the upper 70% of others live outside.
