Members of the University Community have been encouraged to take advantage of the set of Housing Units available at the Obada-Oko Area of Abeokuta.

A release by the Chief Executive Officer, Gideon Titles Limited, a Real Estate firm, Mr Adekunle Olujobi, urged University staff to apply for allocation in the 322 housing units with a further 100 units to be constructed on a 50 hectares of land.

According to Mr. Olujobi, the units consist of 3-Bedroom Bungalows without garage, 3-Bedroom Bungalows with lockup garage, 4-Bedroom Bungalows with lockup garage and 4-Bedroom Duplex with lockup garage.

The Estate, jointly managed by the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and Gideon Titles Limited, has recreational facilities such as Club House, Swimming Pool, Squash Court, Gymnasium, Basketball Court and Soccer pitch.
