Principal Research Fellow/Research Professor Candidate should possess Ph.D in any of the following areas of specialization: Agricultural Engineering with option in Farm Power and Machinery/Post Harvest Engineering; Fish Breeding/Physiology; Systematic or Plant Pathology; Sivilculture; Post Processing or Post Harvest Technology; and Animal Breeding. He/She should possess evidence of research leadership in terms of publications, research project execution and administrative leadership. In addition, candidate should have at least ten (10) years post qualification/full time cognate research experience. The Salary attached to this position is CONUASS 06/07 (N2,485,098.00 – N3,128,691.00).
Senior Research Fellow Candidate should possess Ph.D in any of the following areas of specialisation: Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with options in Energy Studies/Thermofluids; Pharmacology or Immunology or Biochemistry Entomology; Toxicology; Community Nutrition; Agricultural Development and Policy; and Animal Physiology. He/She should possess evidence of research in terms of publication, research project execution and administrative leadership plus at least seven (7) years post qualification full time cognate experience. The Salary attached to this position is CONUASS 05 (N1,653,414.96 – N2,348,298.96).
Research Fellow I Candidate should have Ph.D from a reputable University in any of the following disciplines: Fish Nutrition; Molecular Biology, Health Sciences, Biology, Biophysics, Agrometeorology; and Human Nutrition. He/She must have three (3) years post qualification cognate experience in a University/Research Institute with evidence of scholarly publications. The Salary attached to this position is CONUASS 04 (N1,222,750.96 – N1,444,535.04).
Research Fellow II Candidate should possess Ph.D from a reputable University in any of the following disciplines: Agricultural or Civil Engineering with specialization in Soil Water/Irrigation Engineering, Aquaculture; Laboratory Animal Science or Microbiology or Parasitology or Virology; Food Quality; Safety and Security; and Forest Economics. The Salary attached to this position is CONUASS 03 (N897,501.00 – N1,074,314.04).
