INTRODUCTION
The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, (FUNAAB), wishes to invite reputable and qualified Printers with good track record of performance and experience to bid for the printing of ANSWER BOOKLETS as follow:

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGILIBILITY
All bids must be accompanied with the following:
- Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Evidence of payment of Tax for the last three (3) years duly stamped;
- Evidence of VAT registration and past remittances;
- Evidence of Compliance with Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amended Act. 2011;
5. A sworn affidavit certifying that:
- the documents submitted are not only genuine but correct;
- the Director(s) of the Company had never been convicted by any Court of law;
- the Company is not bankrupt or in receivership;
- none of the officers of FUNAAB or BPP is a former or present Director of the Company
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Interested Printers are hereby required to receive further instructions and specifications from the Director, Academic Planning, FUNAAB on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) only payable to any of the following University IGR Accounts at Guaranty Trust Bank, Zenith Bank and FUNAAB Micro-Finance Bank. Completed quotations are to be returned in a wax-sealed envelope with the title clearly indicated on the envelope. i.e. “TENDER FOR THE PRINTING OF ANSWER BOOKLETS FOR” “NAME OF COLLEGE”
MODE OF APPLICATION
To be considered, potential bidders are required to bid according to the specifications provided by the Director, Academic Planning, FUNAAB and submit their quotations not later than Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 12noon to:

The Tender Opening Committee will meet at 12noon on Thursday, February 27, 2014 with the representatives of the Printing Companies and the general public in attendance.
Note: FUNAAB is neither committed nor obliged to undertake the work nor include any company responding to this invitation. All expenses incurred in preparing a bid response and all expenses otherwise associated with the response shall be borne solely by the submitting company.
