INVITATION
Interested bidders are hereby required to receive further instructions and specifications from the Project Coordinator, Dr. A. O. Obadina (Department of Food Science and Technology, COLFHEC, FUNAAB), on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) only payable to any of the following Banks: Guaranty Trust Bank, Zenith Bank and FUNAAB Micro-Finance Bank. Completed tender documents are to be returned in a wax-sealed envelope with the title clearly indicated on the envelope. i.e. “TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND REAGENTS.”
MODE OF APPLICATION
To be considered, potential bidders are required to be registered as Contractors with the University, bid according to the specifications provided and submit their bid documents not later than Thursday, 14th March, 2013 at 12noon to:

The Tender Opening Committee will meet at 1:00p.m on Thursday, 14th March, 2013 at the Unity Building Block Conference Room A106 with the representatives of the bidding Contractors in attendance to open the tenders.
Note: FUNAAB is neither committed nor obliged to undertake the work nor include any Company responding to this invitation. All expenses incurred in preparing a bid response and all expenses otherwise associated with the response shall be borne solely by the submitting Company.
