This is to notify you of the preparation for the mobilization of our FNG Qualified Graduates/Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the 2023 Batch ‘A’ Service Year. To this end, Heads of Departments are requested to forward to the Dean, Student Affairs, list of all outstanding and fresh students (hard and soft copy) Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the NYSC programme, using the format below:

The list should be submitted along with a clean copy of Senate-Approved Results, each page stamped and duly signed by the Heads of Departments on or before Friday, January 6, 2023.
Please, note that the names of the PCMs should be presented in full as NYSC do not accept abbreviations/initials as name. THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2022 THAT SENATE CONSIDERED AND APPROVED RESULTS IS THE ACTUAL DATE AND YEAR OF GRADUATION for FNG STUDENTS.
NYSC has informed that there would not be opportunity for error list anymore, painstaking efforts and diligence is hereby requested from all Departments while processing the list of the PCMs.
