This is to notify you of the preparation for the mobilization of our Qualified Graduates/Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the 2023 Batch ‘B’ Service Year. To this end, Heads of Departments are requested to forward to the Dean, Student Affairs, list of students (hard and soft copy) who have graduated for NYSC programme, using the format below:

The list should be submitted along with a clean copy of Senate-Approved Results, each page stamped and duly signed by the Heads of Departments on or before Friday, April 7, 2023.
Please, note that the names of the PCMs should be written in full as NYSC do not accept abbreviations/initials as name.
NOTE: Thursday, March 30, 2023 THAT SENATE CONSIDERED AND APPROVED RESULTS IS THE ACTUAL DATE AND YEAR OF GRADUATION.
NYSC has informed that there would not be opportunity for error list anymore, painstaking effort and diligence is hereby requested from all Departments while processing the list of the PCMs.
