Mr. Olugbenga Arowosegbe, a long-serving driver in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development) was celebrated at a send-forth event organised in his honour.
Known for his easy-going nature, kindness, and jovial spirit, Mr. Olugbenga Arowosegbe was commended for his ability to connect with people, offer guidance, and provide valuable advice to his colleagues.
In his speech at the event, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Development, Prof. Kola Adebayo, recalled his long association with Mr. Arowosegbe, highlighting his diligence and reliability.
He extended his prayers and well-wishes to Mr. Arowosegbe and his family.
Speaking also, the Chief Driver, Mr. Adesina Adenekan, prayed for Mr. Arowosegbe and his family, describing him as a good father, quiet, humble, and always considerate.
In Mr. Arowosegbe’s appreciation speech, delivered by his son, Mr. Oluwaseun Arowosegbe, he expressed gratitude and noted his father’s unwavering joy and positive outlook on life.
Highpoint was the presentation of gifts to Mr. Arowosegbe.
