The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Prof. Olukayode Akinyemi, has paid a courtesy visit to the new Consul General of Germany, Mr. Daniel Krull, on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde.
Speaking on the visit, the Ag. Head, Directorate of Public Relations, Mr. Olasunkanmi Olajide, noted that the Consul General expressed his commitment to strengthening and expanding the longstanding relationship between the German Consulate and FUNAAB.
He further disclosed that, as part of efforts to deepen collaboration, the Consul General is scheduled to visit FUNAAB on December 9, 2025, for an official tour of the University.
Prof. Akinyemi was accompanied by FUNAAB’s Desk Officer for the German Consulate, Prof. Olufemi Ojo, and Mr. Johnson Olukehinde.
