The National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will start another round of registration, commencing from Monday, 23rd to Wednesday 25th May, 2011, between 10:00am to 2:00pm, daily.
A release signed by the Coordinator, National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Dr. (Mrs.) Adeolu Adeniran-Sonola, urged all concerned staff to adhere to the call, while the process last.
Dr. (Mrs.) Adeniran-Sonola, however advised that staff willing to register, would be mandated to provide, a recent passport photograph (3cm x 3.5cm) for themselves as well as for their spouse and four biological children. Details of their dates of birth and blood group, would also be required.
