This is to inform the entire staff of the University that another round of National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) registration exercise has been scheduled to hold Wednesday, February 20 and Thursday, February 21, 2013.
A memo dated February 18, 2013 and signed by the Coordinator, NHIS, Dr. Olusola Akinwande stated that the requirements for the registration are: One Passport photograph each of the Principal (Self), Spouse and maximum of four children under 18 years, Date(s) of Birth and Blood Group(s).
The venue is NHIS Desk Office, Health Centre. Time is 9.00a.m. daily.
