NOLAP Farms Limited has unveiled plans to mark the second anniversary of its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) in grand style.

The commemorative event, which would celebrate two years of impactful collaboration in agricultural innovation, youth empowerment, and community development, has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Prof. Olusola Oyewole Lecture Theatre by 10:00 a.m.

According to a memo signed by the Regional Manager of NOLAP Farms Limited, Mr. Abimbola Idowu, on behalf of the Managing Director, the anniversary would feature a rich line-up of activities under the theme of promoting youth talent and fostering national dialogue on agriculture.

Since the MoU’s signing in 2023, the partnership has yielded notable successes, particularly in advancing modern agricultural practices and engaging students in innovative projects. As part of the celebrations, a six-minute documentary produced in collaboration with FUNAAB students would spotlight youth empowerment through agriculture.

The programme would also feature a symposium highlighting emerging student talents, where music and performance would serve as creative tools to inspire innovation and stimulate discussion on the future of agriculture in Nigeria.

Dignitaries expected at the event include the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, the Chairman of Odeda Local Government, and other prominent personalities.
