· Comparative analysis of Organic Herbal Soap produced from some Post Harvest Solid Waste in Ogun State (Health, Environmental and Income generating project)
· SMEs Development and Management Initiative in conjunction with Prof. Sam Oluwalana, Coordinator of Honey Medica Group, UNAAB: Packaging of GATEWAY Honey for Ministry of Forestry, Abeokuta, Ogun State in collaboration with AMREC and funded by Gateway Front Foundation, Ogun State.
· Organic Herbal Products Development Initiative in conjunction with Prof. Sam Oluwalana, Coordinator of Honey Medica Group, UNAAB based on Value- addition and Marketing Opportunities for Agro-forestry. Products such as Herbal Soap (Honey based), Sheabutter Balm, Herbal Hair Care (Honey- based), Herbal Skin Care (Coconut Oil-based), Sheabutter Baby Cream (100%), Sheabutter Body Plus (Honey-Based), Coconut oil (100%) Ginger spice, Garlic spice and Natural Multi-floral Pure Honey.
· Establishment of Apiary (Beekeeping farm) in conjunction with Prof. Sam Oluwalana, Coordinator of Honey Medica Group, UNAAB, for Oyindun Fadama Users Group (FUG) under mother union Iyo Aiye Fadama Community Association (FCA), UNAAB as Demonstration farm and to boost honey production in Ogun State.
· Invention of a modern beehive in conjunction with Prof. Sam Oluwalana, Coordinator of Honey Medica Group, UNAAB. The hive is named “UNAAB TWIN BEEHIVE”-PATENTED. It has a higher honey production capacity than the other available beehives in Nigeria. The cost of production of the hive is half of the cost of Langstroth beehive that can be compared to it in honey production. Also, the cost of production is similar to Kenya Top-bar hive but the honey production capacity double that of Kenya Top-bar hives. It has a very low rate of bee mortality when compared to other hives
· Fadama II grants linkage initiative activities- Poverty Reduction through Economic empowerment, SMEs and Entrepreneurial Skills Development Projects:
GIYD programme in AMREC has a mandate to organise farmers into cooperative groups, develop banking habit, entrepreneurial skills, and link them with sources of funds in UNAAB mandate area. Hence the researcher organized over 150 farmers and registered fifteen (15) Fadama Users’ Groups(FUGs) under three (3) Fadama Community Associations (FCAs) in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun state. Each FCA has five (5) Fadama Users’ Groups (FUGs) making fifteen (15) FUGs in all with over 150 farmers. They are:
1. Iyo Aiye UNAAB Community (ODEDA) FCA with 5 FUG
2. Itesiwaju Kango/Kofesu village (ODEDA) FCA with 5 FUG
3. Agbajowo Agu-odo Alabata village (ODEDA) FCA with 5 FUG
Proposal was written and approved for farmers by the Fadama II Desk Office. The total amount granted for Iyo-Aiye FCA, UNAAB farmer’s projects, Markets Infrastructure and Rural Road Construction was tentatively put at N12, 712,590.00.Similar approvals were granted to the two other FCAs i.e. Itesiwaju Kango/Kofesu FCA and the Agbajowo Agu-odo, Alabata FCA. Beneficiaries were expected to contribute 30 percent of the amount before 70 percent can be released as grant to them. The grants release process is based on beneficiaries willingness to contribute their quota.

· Resource- use efficiency in Post-harvest Solid Waste Utilisation (Health, Wealth and Environmental Pollution Management)
· Health and Behavioral studies on HIV/AIDs, Malaria and minor sicknesses among Farm Families
· Planning and Executing Capacity Training Workshops for Women, Youth and Farm families.
