The Great Nigeria Insurance (GNI) has appealed to the Management of the University for patronage, as one of the insurance brokers of the institution.

The Insurance company made this appeal during a courtesy call on the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun.

The team, which was led by Mr. Rotimi Olakorede, pleaded with the Vice-Chancellor that the company was ready to its credibility, if given the opportunity.

According to him, GNI had been in existence for a long time now and has the required experience with a solid off-shore financial base and that it was prepared to be part of the University’s growth.

Responding, the Vice-Chancellor assured the company that their request would be objectively considered by the Management and applauded their resolve to partner with the University.

Professor Balogun, however, admonished the company to be responsible and be ready to justify their claims, if eventually considered.
