… As FCC Gives Recognition Award

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), was honoured with an Award of Recognition by the Federal Character Commission (FCC), Abuja. The prestigious award acknowledges the University’s unwavering commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusivity in its recruitment and administrative practices, in addition to its adherence to the Federal Character Principles.

The Award was given to the University on December 17, 2024, at the 3rd Edition of the FCC Award Night held at the Treasure Suites and Conference Hotel, Abuja.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Babatunde Kehinde who was represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Development, Prof. Kola Adebayo, received the award on behalf of the University. He expressed gratitude for the recognition and reiterated FUNAAB’s dedication to maintaining excellence and fairness in all its engagements.
