Quality Control Unit Launches Dedicated Helpline for Improved Service Delivery

In a bid to enhance communication and streamline service delivery, the Quality Control and Assurance Unit of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has introduced a dedicated helpline for staff and students.

The official contact line, 09077498119, would serve as a direct channel for lodging complaints, providing feedback, and addressing concerns regarding service delivery within the University. Members of the University Community can reach out via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls.

Speaking on the initiative, the Head of the Quality Control and Assurance Unit, Prof. Segun Oladoye, noted that the helpline was designed to foster transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness in resolving issues affecting students and staff.
