There was a heavy rain on campus in the evening of Friday, October 05, 2012. Many of the trees lining the ceremonial road from the main gate were felled by the storm.
However, by the early morning of Saturday, October 06, the Environmental Management Directorate, headed by Mr. Emmanuel Bankole were on campus to clear the felled trees that blocked the roads.
