The Registrar, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Dr. Titus Adeniyi, has embarked on a familiarisation tour of the University’s Colleges, Centres, and Units to foster stronger administrative effectiveness, relationships and deepen his understanding of the University’s diverse academic and operational structures.

During the tour, Dr. Adeniyi engaged with Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, College/Administrative Secretaries, and other key stakeholders. These interactions provided a platform for open discussions on various aspects of the University’s administration, enabling the Registrar to gain firsthand insight into the structure and operational dynamics of the University.
Dr. Adeniyi’s tour also facilitated the understanding of the unique challenges, strengths, and priorities of each College, Centre, and Unit.

The visit afforded the Registrar to share his vision for enhancing administrative support and excellence, as well as strengthen collaboration and effective communication channels between the Registry and other arms of the University.
The Registrar visited the College of Plant Science and Crop Production (COLPLANT), the College of Animal Science and Livestock Production (COLANIM), the College of Environmental Resources Management (COLERM), the Agricultural Media Resources and Extension Centre (AMREC), the Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies (CENTS), and the Pension Unit.
The tour, however, underscored Dr. Adeniyi’s commitment to ensuring administrative efficiency and responsiveness. By actively listening to the concerns and aspirations of academic and administrative units, the Registrar is set to implement strategic initiatives that would enhance the University’s overall effectiveness and contribute to its continued growth and success.
