SERVICOM Sensitizes University Community

The SERVICOM Unit of the University has called for increased awareness of the presence of SERVICOM on campus.

SERVICOM SENSITIZATION
Focal Officer, SERVICOM Unit, Mrs Adesumbo Laniyan (3rd Right) presenting SERVICOM official Insignia to the Head, Directorate of Public Relations, Dr (Mrs) Linda Onwuka (2nd Left) when the Unit team paid sesitization visit to the Directorate.

A release signed by Focal Officer of the Unit, Mrs Adesumbo Laniyan, informed that its services as indicated in the SERVICOM motto is ” You have the right to be served right”, adding that its activities include continuous sensitization programme aimed at creating better awareness of SERVICOM principles for quality service delivery and customer’s satisfaction.

Other services are to identify and address service failures, develop innovations for effective service delivery in the University, to uphold ethics and professionalism, to ensure that the University Community understands what is expected of it and to promote prompt, fair and courteous services at all times.
