Short Profile

Dr Mojisola Olanike Adegunwa is a Reader at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun-State, Nigeria. She has Ph.D in Food Quality Control and Assurance and has 94 journal articles published in reputable local and foreign journals. Her contributions to knowledge focused on evaluating quality of foods using appropriate processing, fortification and enrichment of foods especially roots and tuber crops and underutilized crops as well as nutritional enhancement of traditional local foods in Nigeria.
