ADENUGA Olufunmilola is a Personnel Psychologist and an Agricultural Human resource expert with over 16 years’ experience of working as a university Administrator. I holds a Ph.D. Degree in Applied Psychology (Personnel Psychology) in the year 2021 from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. I have a multi-disciplinary approach to research with bias in personnel selection, recruitment, placement, training, promotion, development, evaluation and counseling of employees. Also, I render advisory services for organisations on strategies to help provide a socially, mentally, and emotionally healthy workplace that promotes productivity and performance. I started my academic career in 2021 as a Lecturer II in the Department of Agricultural Administration, College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State and I have been actively involved in teaching, research, extension and supervision of student’s projects. Presently, I am the Departmental Undergraduate coordinator, Level Adviser, Secretary to Departmental Meetings, Departmental Student Association Adviser, and a member of University’s Committee on Employability and Bench Marking. I have attended several training and workshop at local and international level and equally a member of different professional bodies. I have published scholarly articles in reputable local and refereed proceedings.
