Short Profile

I started my career as a Lecturer II faculty member in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension of the Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria in 2015. As the only specialist in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology, I taught agricultural extension and rural sociology courses across all levels of undergraduate studies. I joined the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta services in October 2017 as a Lecturer II in the Department of Agricultural Administration and my appointment was confirmed in October 2019. I have been involved in teaching and research since I joined the university. I teach courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I am equally involved in supervision at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have attended various academic conferences within Nigeria and facilitated modules at different training and capacity development workshops. I currently serve as the Departmental Examination Officer and the representative of my college on the College of Veterinary Medicine Board. I am a College Committee on Examination Result member, and I belong to the University SERVICOM. My research over the years has resulted in more than 30 internationally recognized publications with publishers in Europe and Africa. I am visible on Researchgate, Google scholar, LinkedIn and ORCID. I have been an expert reviewer for both local and international journals. To date, I have (co-)supervised over 40 honours and research students. I have also participated in various development projects funded by international organizations, including World Bank, DFID and Nestle Foundation.
