Short Profile

Dr. Kamoli Akinwale AMUSA hails from Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. He received the B.Eng., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin; University of Lagos, Lagos and Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, all in Nigeria, in 1999, 2011, and 2017, respectively. He specializes in Communication Engineering and Signal Processing. He formerly worked with the Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Limited as a Network Engineer, where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager-Switching before he left in 2010. He joined the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria as Lecturer II in 2012. He is currently a Reader in the Department with bias in Communication Engineering and Signal Processing. His research interests include applications of electromagnetic principles, microwave and antennas systems, radio-wave propagation and signal processing. Dr. Amusa is a COREN registered engineer and an affiliates of few professional bodies like NSE, NIM, NIEEE, IEEE. He can be contacted at: amusaka@funaab.edu.ng
