Engr. Amusa, Kamoli Akinwale received B.Eng., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin; University of Lagos, Lagos and Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, in 1999, 2011, and 2017, respectively. His major field of study is Communications Engineering and Signal Processing. His work experience traverses power, telecommunications, engineering services provisioning as well as engineering education. He was between February 2001 and September 2003 working with the defunct National Electric Power Authority (NEPA), Oyo Business Unit, Oyo, Nigeria, as Officer I (Protection Control & Metering). He was on the payroll of the defunct Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications Limited (M-Tel) between October 2003 and December 2010. He left the organization as Assistant manager (Network Engineering-Switching) at Area 1 MSC, Lagos Island. Thereafter, he served as the Principal Engineer (Electrical), Nordbound Engineering Services, Ikorodu between January 2011 and February 2012. He returned to the academic in March 19, 2012 by joining the pool of academics at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria as Lecturer II in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has since been involved in teaching, research and community service in his areas of expertise. He has published a few journal articles and peer reviewed conference proceedings in both local and international outlets, in the areas of antenna and radio wave propagation, applications of electromagnetic principles, communications engineering and signal processing. He is a Registered Engineer by Council for regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management as well as the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
