Short Profile

Dr. Ayo-Ajasa, Olapeju Yemisi is a senior lecturer and researcher in the Department of Animal Production and Health. She obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Animal Science, Master of Agriculture and PhD in Animal Science (Monogastric Production option) from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She teaches Non-Ruminant Animal Production at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Ayo-Ajasa possesses excellent administrative, verbal communication and written skills along constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment. She has publications in national and international journals and has attended different courses on leadership, education and management in her quest for more knowledge both locally and internationally. She is also a member of Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS), Nigeria Society for Animal Production, Animal Science Association of Nigeria (ASAN) amongst others.
