BADEJO Adedayo Adekunle

Short Profile

Engr. Dr. Adedayo Adekunle Badejo had his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State in 1992 and 1995 respectively, he thereafter proceeded to the prestigious premier University, University of Ibadan for his B.Sc. (2000), M.Sc. (2004) and Ph.D. (2010) in Civil Engineering. He had his post-doctoral research fellowship at Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria South Africa in the year 2014.

He is a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a corporate member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).

His research is focused on the design and construction of non-mechanized treatment plant using locally available macrophytes by assessing residential and industrial wastewater. He has over 40 publications. He is currently working on a grant by the National Water Resources Capacity Building Network (NWRCBNet) Southwest on Nature Based Solutions for Water.
