Dr. Olamide has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermofluids Option), from the University of Lagos. He holds a PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermofluids Option), from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. His research interests are in Design Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Combustion, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Thermal Engineering, Modelling, Simulation and Optimization. Parallel to his academic pursuits, Olamide is technologically inclined with proficiency in the use of programming languages such as MATLAB and C++. He became a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Network Infrastructure in 2010 and was awarded a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2012. His professional career has been marked by roles that blend technical expertise with academic vigour. He served as an Application Developer at Lopworks Limited in Lagos from 2017 to 2018 and is now contributing to academia. He has been a Lecturer at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, from 2019. Olamide has an impressive record of scholarly contributions, with notable publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has contributed to at least 14 journals and 3 conference papers. He has also co-authored 2 book chapters. Olamide is a dedicated engineer and researcher with a firm commitment to advancing practical and sustainable engineering solutions.
