Dr. Oyebanji's research interests include Entrepreneurship, Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management. His research has resulted in publications covering financial technology and SMEs, employee engagement and performance, organisational performance, credit risk management, corporate governance, skills acquisition, and entrepreneurship development.
He currently serves as a Departmental Examination Officer and Part-time Coordinator at FUNAAB and is a member of the Institute of Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (IoE).
