Mrs. Olamide Modinat ADEOSUN, was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria in 1982 an Extension Fellow at the Agricultural Media Resources and Extension Centre, a University Lecturer, Federal University of Agriculture. Abeokuta. She is currently running a PhD program in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management (Management option), she has a Master’s (MAF) and Bachelor’s (BAF) degrees in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management in 2022 and 2017 respectively, in the same university.
She is an active researcher, who is passionate about improving sustainable livelihood through aquaculture value chain both in Green and Blue Economy. She has participated in various self and joint works ranging from undergraduate and postgraduate works, Institutional Based Researches, and National researches both in the university and across the country. Olamide Adeosun is a co-researcher in an ongoing TetFund NRF 2022/2024 research titled, ‘’COASTAL ECOSYSTEM CONSERVATION AND FISH VALUE CHAIN ENHANCEMENT FOR LIVELIHOOD SUPPORT IN SOUTH WEST NIGERIA’’
She has worked with WorldFish Nigeria as a facilitator and/or enumerator on several Research from 2018 till date. She has also attended conferences, workshops and other academic trainings both at university level, national and international levels.
